da supremo： Charlton fans have taken to Twitter to express their anger at the FA’s decision to fine the club £12.5k for their involvement in a 15-man fracas at Ashton Gate last month.
da betcris： Bristol City striker Famara Diedhiou received a red card in the 86th minute of the Robins’ 2-1 win, after kicking Jason Pearce while the Charlton man was down on the turf.
This prompted a furious reaction from Pearce with a number of his Charlton teammates also stepping in to defend the centre-back, and both sides have now been fined after admitting to failing to control their players.
However, it does seem slightly harsh to fine the south Londoners £2.5k more than Bristol City, especially given the fact that it was Diedhiou who started the 15-man brawl with his actions.
One fan said that the FA are “clueless”, whereas another supporter said that Lee Bowyer “needs to say something” about the incident in a press conference.
