da stake casino: Inter Milan are keen on signing Everton forward Sandro Ramirez, according to Tuttosport.
What’s the word?
da pinnacle: The Merseyside outfit recruited the 22-year-old from Malaga in the summer as part of the club’s spending spree.
One of the main problems that the Toffees have faced is their lack of firepower up front.
After selling Romelu Lukaku to Manchester United, the club failed to bring in an adequate replacement.
In nine appearances for the Toffees, Ramirez has not scored a goal nor has he registered a single assist.
Tuttosport claims that Inter are considering a January swoop for the forward, and feel that they can cut a deal for less than the £5m that Everton paid.
Ramirez is valued at £9m by transfermarkt.com.
Should Everton sell?
It is safe to say that Ramirez has failed to deliver, but it is worth noting that the attacking player is only 22 and has zero Premier League appearances.
Plus, filling the shoes of Lukaku, who scored 25 top-flight goals for the Toffees last season, was never going to be an easy task.
If Ramirez was to leave, he would not be hugely missed in terms of goal threat, but it would be dangerous for the club to sell if they do not have a replacement lined up.
Given that the team have scored just 10 Premier League goals this season, they need all the firepower they can get, particularly if they continue to sit in the bottom half of the table.
